At Petopia, the ratio of dogs to handlers for
our Group Walks is never more than three to
four dogs per handler. Beware of other services
which take out 6 to 8 dogs at a time; unfortunately,
such large groups often compromise the safety
of the dogs. As well, we are trained in Pet
First Aid so you can be assured that your
animal companion is in safe hands while under
our care.

Petopia is available to you 7 days a week and
we can tailor our services to fit your schedule.
We do not specify our hours of operation because
we know that you cannot place restrictions or
limits on when your animal companions need our
care. So be confident that we will do our best
to accommodate your needs and to satisfy pets’
wants. Our mission is to make your life easier
by providing quality service when you need them.

quality care is equally important, so we provide
many value-added services that are free of charge
to you (such as the Club Paws program, constant
updates on your pets, rain/snow wear for dogs
on walks, basic manners and training for dogs,
etc)

Whether we are providing doggie group exercise,
in home pet care, overnight pet sitting, or
other services, they will be tailored to your
specific needs. No two homes or pets are exactly
alike. That is why we have an extensive initial
consultation to determine how we can best
cater to your needs, as well as your pets’.
We cover things like medical conditions, animal
habits and behaviors, feeding times, feeding
instructions, water sources, kitty hiding places,
home security measures, people with access to
your home, your veterinarians, etc.
