Doggie Daycare & Overnight Stay Enrollment
To enroll in Petopia’s doggie daycare or overnight stay programs, all dogs must go through our initial consultation and evaluation process. You must first make an appointment for a free initial consultation. At this time, one of our experienced staff will learn about your dog’s social, behavioural and medical history, explain our services, answer any questions and give you a complete tour of our facility. Initial Consultations for new clients are scheduled everyday between 11am to 4pm by appointment only.
For availability information or to schedule a consultation, please contact us today at 416.429.7387 or at info@petopia.ca.
After you have completed our initial consultation, the next step is to have him or her take part in a trial day of doggie daycare or overnight boarding. The cost for trial day is $20 for daycare and $25 for overnight boarding (24 hour period). Because of Petopia’s social and cage-free environment, it is extremely important that all dogs be non-aggressive and able to get along with a group of dogs. During the trial day, we can observe how your fur baby interacts with other dogs and acclimate to the daycare environment. This will also help us determine which playgroup your four-legged friend is best suited for. We are concerned not only for your dog's safety, but for the safety of all the other dogs that play at Petopia as well. We ask that you fill out all the necessary paperwork prior to your dog's trial daycare or overnight stay.
Unfortunately, the social setting of Petopia’s daycare or overnight program is not suitable for every dog. Some dogs may not be able to handle the highly stimulated environment or may not enjoy the company of an active group of dogs. If we do determine that this is the case for your canine companion, we would recommend a more appropriate Petopia service for your needs.

Dog Walking, Puppy Visit and Pet Sitting Enrollment
To enroll in Petopia’s dog walking, puppy visit or pet sitting services, you and your furry friend must first schedule a free initial consultation with one of our Petopia staff. We will visit your home to meet your four-legged baby, become familiar with your home/routine, and discuss all pertinent information about you and your pet's needs. This also gives you the opportunity to see if you and your furry friend are comfortable with us. We ask that you fill out all the necessary paperwork prior to the initial consultation. This is also the time to give us two copies of all keys required to access your home and pet(s). Initial consultation visits usually take place 1-2 weeks before service is to begin. This process usually takes half an hour or so, depending on your specific needs and requests.
For availability information or to schedule a consultation, please contact us today at 416.429.7387 or at info@petopia.ca.
