The registration process helps us provide the best possible care for your furry friend. In combination with information gathered from a personal interview, we'll develop a profile to better understand you and your pet’s unique wants/needs and to help insure the safety and well being of all animal companions.

Once we have received your registration form, we will contact you to schedule an appointment for your free initial consultation. After that is completed, you and your pet will soon reap the benefits of Petopia’s services. In general, we recommend that you send in your registration at least one week prior to when you want the services to commence.

For Existing Clients

If you are an existing client and would like to schedule for Petopia services, you can either fill out the online Service Request form or email us your service request. Alternatively, you can always reach us by phone to schedule services.

Service Area

		Petopia’s immediate service area is highlighted in blue on the above map. However, we do provide services outside of our immediate service area for the following areas:     • Toronto            • Scarborough     • East York     • Vaughn     • Thornhill     • Richmond Hill To cover the cost of travelling and gas, we have to apply a $5-10 surcharge per service/visit to areas outside of our immediate service area.

The majority of Petopia’s services are conducted from 9:00am to 9:00pm (excluding Overnight Pet Sitting which runs from 10:00pm to 8:00am the next morning).

However, we try our best to cater our services to you and your pets, so feel free to speak to us about any special circumstances.
